Overnight Camp and Day Camp!

CAMP INFO:

This is will be the 2nd year that Ryan Powell has held a camp in Whittier, CA. This year, Ryan is excited to bring his all new Rhino Lacrosse Academy to town. All players will come away from the Rhino Lacrosse Academy with the necessary tools to compete at the game of lacrosse at a higher level. Nationally recognized Division III Whittier College is excited to host players from across the country at this beautiful location just outside of LA. Whittier College head coach and pro player Nate Watkins is on staff and will be joined by the rest of this world class coaching staff at the Rhino Lacrosse Academy which includes current Division I collegiate players, college coaches, highs school coaches and professional players all hand picked by Ryan Powell.

All players will receive position specific training and will leave camp knowing all important facets of the game from shooting and stick work to the tips, tricks and techniques of the pros. Each day of camp will not only include on field instruction, swimming, games and demonstrations but also positional talks, important college recruiting information, as well as our “Getting to Know You” Q & A sessions with our staff. The Rhino Lacrosse Academy is an exciting and rewarding experience for lacrosse players of all levels and abilities. Ryan and the Rhino Lacrosse staff is excited to see you on the field this summer in Whittier!

Nestled in the La Puente Hills, Whittier College is situated on 74 hillside acres. This small four year liberal arts college makes an ideal home to the only overnight Rhino Lacrosse Academy. Whittier College, characterized by it’s mediterarean and modern architectural styles, has just added a new pristine turf field and provides a comfortable, safe and secure recreational environment for all campers. The dormitory, where the overnight campers will be staying, have air-conditioned lobbies and are just steps away from the dining hall and swimming pool. There will be a combination of both intensive instruction, team games, and a lot of fun at Rhino Lacrosse Academy including contests, games, swimming, skill tricks, etc…

ELIGIBILITY:

Boys 8-18 years old

COST:

Overnight: $650.00 (includes all meals)

Extended Day Camp: $575.00 (includes lunch and dinner)

(does not include online registration fee)

Family Discount: $20.00 off each family member (2 or more)

Team Discount: $20.00 off each team member (Please email us for more details!)
