What is your lead time?
Our lead time is 3-4 weeks from the date the order is approved and paid.
What is your minimum order quantity?
12 pieces for all new orders and reorders. Fixed pricing from new orders to fill-ins — no hidden fees.
Do you charge for mockups?
Mockups are always free and returned within 24–48 hours. Reach out today to get started!
Do you offer a team store where parents can order individually?
Yes. Stores require an additional 1-2 weeks (5-6 weeks total) for delivery due to the additional time spent sorting and packaging individual orders — plan accordingly.
What's your return or exchange policy?
All orders are final due to the custom nature of our products.
What file format should I send my logo in?
Vector files work best (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). Please don't convert a .PNG or .JPEG to vector before sending — send the original.
When is payment due?
Payment in full is due at the time of order, prior to production.
What customization is included?
Everything you can imagine— colors, fonts, logos, and player names and numbers are all included in the product price. Just send over any inspiration or brand assets and our design team takes it from there. *This does not include off field items
