Where community, creativity and camaraderie meet at the X.
Stray Cat Sundays is a seven-week fall gathering built around great people, great hangs and America’s oldest game. Because kicking back on a Sunday should involve a little sunshine, a little lacrosse and absolutely no reason to rush home.
Our motto is simple: lacrosse is the excuse, not the reason.
Grab a picnic blanket or lawn chair, crack a cold one and settle in for some veteran athleticism up close and personal while the kids run wild, toss the ball around and soak up the fall foliage.
Part men’s league. Part neighborhood sandlot. Part Sunday hang.
Come for the lacrosse. Stay for everything else.

Features
MORE THAN A GAME
Every Sunday is part lacrosse, part neighborhood hang and part tiny fall festival.
LOOK GOOD, PLAY MEDIOCRE
Every registered player gets a Stray Cat jersey, shorts and hat — because if the score doesn’t matter, the uniforms definitely should.
SUNDAY SOUNDTRACK
Live sets from DJ Short Stick D Midi running throughout all three games. Good tunes, questionable lacrosse.
FOOD TRUCK
Come hungry. Play hungry. Leave considerably less hungry.
COFFEE BAR
For early arrivals, tired parents and anyone whose pregame routine now requires caffeine.
BEER GARDEN
Grab a cold one, find a lawn chair and critique the action from a safe distance.
KIDS BEING KIDS
Activities for the little Stray Cats throughout the day. Let them run around, make some friends and discover that Sundays don’t have to involve a screen.
Format
Laid-back, festival-style, full-field lacrosse.
Games are 50 minutes, running time. Scores will be kept, winners will be declared and the results will be immediately forgotten.
There’s no body checking. Play hard, play fast, make a few questionable passes but please, don’t be an idiot. We’re old enough to know better.
