FORMAT
3V3 lacrosse is all about keeping the game fast, simple and fun. Games are played 3-on-3 on a compact field with small 3' x 3' goals and no goalies, giving every player plenty of touches and chances to score. Players only need a stick, mouthguard and athletic shoes - no helmets or heavy pads - gloves are optional. We’ll use a soft lacrosse ball or tennis ball and keep things non-contact, with no body checking or hard stick checks. Each game is a quick 15-minute run with immediate changes of possession, creating a fast, free-flowing style of play. Three players, small fields, lots of goals and a whole lot of fun.
